Juice from 2–3 fresh lemons

1-inch piece fresh ginger, grated

1–2 tbsp raw honey (optional)

Handful of mint leaves

4 cups cold water

Ice cubes as needed
Instructions

Juice lemons into a pitcher.

Grate and add ginger.

Mix in honey (if using).
