For the Crust:
- 1 small pumpkin
- Olive oil

Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the pumpkin in half and clean out seeds. Slice the pumpkin into wedges and place on the prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 15-20 min or until pumpkin is soft with a fork. Cool completely.
