- 1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (sliced)
- 5 Tbsp Fresh Turmeric
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
- 25 cup Pineapple Core Chunks
- 1 cup Filtered Water
- 1 Lemon-Verbena Tea Bag
- 1 tsp Raw Apple-Cider Vinegar (optional)
- 1 Lemon Slice (for garnish)
- Honey (to taste)
Instructions
- Combine ginger, turmeric, cinnamon stick, mint, pineapple core, and water in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat and let it bubble softly for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat, add the lemon-verbena tea bag, cover, and steep for 10 minutes.
- Strain into a mug. Stir in apple-cider vinegar (if using) and sweeten lightly with honey. Garnish with the lemon slice.
- Sip warm within 30 minutes of waking for best metabolic support.
Notes
Best consumed in the morning for optimal metabolism support. Adjust honey to taste or skip for zero sugar.
